Owner-Operator model: Franchisee will oversee daily aspects of the business and their team. Franchisee runs the business out of their home until they are making up to $500,000 in Revenue. They can then opt to move to a flex space.

Semi-Absentee model: Franchisees will hire a Manager to oversee the day-to-day tasks. The Franchisee will manage the manager and also manage the financials of the business.
